We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. But if for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we do offer a 14 day straight forward no quibble, hassle free, refund policy for all our customers.
The shoes must be in as new condition and tried on for size and fit only on a carpeted surface to prevent marking the soles and must not have been worn outside. The postage costs are not refundable. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only and, will be refunded via your original method of payment. However please note that if you are a cash, cheque or postal order payer, refunds will only be issued by cheque.
If you wish to return your item for a refund for any reason, please email to advise us of this at shoe2boot@btconnect.com within 14 days of receiving your item quoting your full name and order number. This enables us to make a note on our records to expect your item back with us.

Please ensure that you put a note in the parcel, stating your full name, order number and reason for return. Items returned with no details can not be processed and a refund can then not be issued for the item.
For your own peace of mind we recommend that you return the item using a trackable service, royal mail recorded delivery is usually sufficient. Obviously the choice is completely yours to make but, it is your responsibility to ensure the item does arrive back with us and without the item we are unable to process any refunds.

With regards to exchanging your item for a different size, we require that you follow the returns policy outlined above. You will then need to order the new size you require in the normal way from our website, subject to availability.
Cannot find the size you need - just send us an email and we will let you know if we have stock of the required size or not. Your item will then be sent out to you in the normal way, once payment has been received.
The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which will remain unaffected. |
