What Payment Types Can I Use Online?

We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment online, through our secure gateway.

What If The Shoes I Order Dont Fit / Aren't Suitable?

We offer a no quibble refund policy to all our customers, details of which can be found in our returns policy.

When Will I Receive My Item?

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if paid for by 2pm or on the next working day. All our items are sent using first class delivery and usually arrive within a couple of days of sending. However this is not guaranteed delivery and can therefore take longer. Please be aware that most items will require a signature on delivery unless stated otherwise in the product postage details.

Do You Deliver Outside Of The UK?

We deliver most of our items worldwide, however certain items cannot be sent outside of the UK due to weight restrictions. Please see the product details to see which items this applies to and for postage costs to other countries.

Can I Have My Items Delivered To A Different Address?

You can supply a different shipping address to the payment address if you wish to do so. This can be done in the checkout process.

Are Returns Free Of Charge?

Items to be returned to us cannot be done so free of charge. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
